1. Put the mouth guard in 70 degrees water about 50 seconds;
2.Take it out and bite softly about 5 seconds for being comfortable to your own mouth
3. Put it in cold water about 10 seconds for being shaped again
4. If still uncomfortable, repeat the above steps until be good
