We do NOT support retail/single-piece sales — we are a B2B factory focused on wholesale and OEM/ODM orders. Large volume orders (10,000+ pcs) receive priority lead times and better pricing tiers.

We are a B2B factory and do not sell retail. However, we enthusiastically support small batch wholesale orders. Our flexible production lines can handle orders from 100 pcs (trial/sample orders) up to 500,000+ pcs (mass production).

Yes! We support mixed-product orders. You can combine different product categories (e.g., eco cups + mouth guards + plastic parts) in one shipment. Our production lines are flexible and can switch between SKUs efficiently.

We'll provide a consolidated quote with line-item pricing for each SKU, calculate total carton volume/weight, and arrange single-container shipping for maximum cost savings. This is one of our most popular services among multi-category buyers.

All our degradable products are certified under:

• LFGB — German food contact material standard (Lebensmittel- und Futtermittelgesetzbuch). This is the most recognized food safety certification in Europe and verifies products pass chemical migration and sensory testing for food contact use.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Recommended storage conditions:

Under proper storage conditions, our PLA/PBAT products have a shelf life of 12–18 months from production date. We include production date and recommended use-by dates on all packaging. Products exposed to prolonged high heat/humidity may begin degradation earlier — this is a feature, not a defect, confirming the compostable nature of the material.

Absolutely. We offer full logo customization using multiple techniques:

Simply provide your artwork (AI, PDF, or high-resolution PNG), and we'll produce a digital mockup for your approval before production. Minimum order for custom logo products: 500 pcs.

Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM customization including:

• Custom branded packaging — branded boxes with your logo/colors, product inserts, user manuals, barcode/UPC labels (EAN, UPC-A, GTIN-13).

All packaging uses recyclable or degradable materials upon request — matching your brand's sustainability commitments.

Our sample service is fast and transparent:

• Standard product samples (existing molds): 3–5 business days, sample cost $20–50 per item (refundable on bulk order over $2,000)
• Custom samples (logo/color modifications): 5–7 business days, cost $50–150 depending on complexity

Shipping cost is at buyer's expense via DHL/FedEx (3–5 days delivery worldwide). For high-value clients, we offer free sample shipping with deposit. We can also arrange video call factory tours during sample production so you can see the process live.

Yes! This is one of our core capabilities. Our in-house mold workshop provides:

• New product mold design and fabrication — from concept sketch or 3D file to production-ready mold
• Mold duplication — replicate existing molds for higher output or backup
• Mold modification — adjust dimensions, add features, or fix wear on existing molds
• Mold maintenance and repair — ongoing care for active production molds
• Mold trial and optimization — T0/T1 samples with parameter tuning until parts meet spec

We use CNC machining centers, EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining), and wire cutting for precision mold making. Mold ownership belongs to the client after full payment — you can take the mold with you or keep it stored at our facility for future orders.

Mold costs depend on product complexity, size, and cavity count:

• Simple single-cavity molds: $800–2,000 (basic shapes, low precision)
• Medium complexity molds (2–4 cavities): $2,000–5,000 (standard consumer products)
• Complex multi-cavity molds: $5,000–15,000+ (high precision, hot runner, multiple actions)

Mold costs are quoted per project based on your 3D drawings. We provide detailed mold quotes within 24 hours. Mold cost can be partially amortized into unit pricing for large orders (>50K pcs). Mold lead time: 12–20 days depending on complexity.

Payment terms for molds: 50% deposit to start, 50% upon T1 sample approval.

Yes, we accept customer-owned molds. Here's our process:

• You ship the mold to our Shenzhen factory
• We inspect the mold upon arrival — measuring critical dimensions, checking for wear/damage
• We test it on our machines and produce T0 samples for your approval
• We provide a mold condition report with photos and measurements

Ongoing mold maintenance and storage are free for active production orders. If no orders are placed for 12+ months, inactive mold storage is available at a nominal annual fee.

We accept the following payment methods:

• T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) — bank wire transfer, our most common method
• PayPal — for orders under $5,000 (convenient for first-time buyers)
• Western Union — for small and urgent payments

Standard payment terms: 30% deposit to start production + 70% balance before shipment. For established customers with good credit history, we can offer Net 30 terms on repeat orders.

Lead times vary by product and order size (from deposit confirmation):

• Standard products (no customization): 10–15 days
• Custom-branded products (logo/color): 15–20 days
• New mold development + production: 25–35 days (mold: 12–20 days + production: 13–15 days)
• Re-orders of existing products: 7–12 days (fastest turnaround)

We provide production progress updates with photos at each milestone: material preparation → molding → QC inspection → packaging → loading. You'll always know exactly where your order stands.

We offer flexible shipping and trade terms to suit your logistics needs:

Shipping Methods:

• Sea freight (FCL/LCL) — most economical for bulk orders, 20–35 days transit
• Air freight — faster delivery for medium orders, 3–7 days transit
• Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) — fastest option for samples and small orders, 3–5 days door-to-door

Trade Terms (Incoterms):

• EXW — you arrange pickup from our factory
• FOB Shenzhen — we handle export clearance and deliver to port/airport
• CIF — we arrange freight + insurance to your destination port
• DDP / DDU — door-to-door delivery with customs included (available for select countries)

We work with major freight forwarders and can arrange door-to-door delivery. Customs documentation, certificate of origin, and compliance paperwork are included with every shipment.
