We complete integrated molding of eco-friendly cups and lunch boxes with precision molds. Strict control over temperature, pressure and other molding parameters ensures uniform dimensions and smooth surface of food-grade tableware for mass production.

We have an independent cleanroom equipped with a complete air shower system. Staff shall go through air shower dust removal before entry to block external dust pollution. With constant temperature and humidity, the cleanroom meets high cleanliness standards. It is used for fine processing and packaging of food-grade eco tableware to guarantee clean, hygienic products complying with food contact safety regulations.

Raw material warehouse
Raw materials are sorted and placed in separate zones on plastic pallets. The warehouse adopts moisture-proof and insect-proof measures with clear zone labels for PLA, PP, qualified and pending inspection materials, realizing standardized classified management of food-grade raw materials.
