Our standard MOQ starts from 500 pieces for most products. For existing mold products (no customization), we can accept smaller trial orders from 100–200 pcs. For custom-branded products (logo, color, packaging), MOQ is typically 300–500 pcs depending on the product type.

We do NOT support retail/single-piece sales — we are a B2B factory focused on wholesale and OEM/ODM orders. Large volume orders (10,000+ pcs) receive priority lead times and better pricing tiers.

All our degradable products are certified under:

• LFGB — German food contact material standard (Lebensmittel- und Futtermittelgesetzbuch). This is the most recognized food safety certification in Europe and verifies products pass chemical migration and sensory testing for food contact use.
• FDA — US food contact compliance (21 CFR), accepted across North America and many Asia-Pacific markets.

We can provide certification documents and independent lab test reports upon request. These documents are essential for EU customs clearance and satisfy buyer compliance requirements.

Absolutely. We offer full logo customization using multiple techniques:

• Screen printing — best for simple logos, high durability, cost-effective for large runs
• Pad printing — ideal for curved or irregular surfaces
• Heat transfer — full-color, photo-quality graphics
• UV printing — high-resolution digital printing, no setup cost for small runs
• Embossing/Debossing — 3D raised or recessed logo on the mold itself

Simply provide your artwork (AI, PDF, or high-resolution PNG), and we'll produce a digital mockup for your approval before production. Minimum order for custom logo products: 500 pcs.

Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM customization including:

• Custom dimensions and shapes — requires new mold development (see our mold service FAQ)
• Custom colors — Pantone color matching available for precise brand colors
• Custom structural modifications — wall thickness, weight, grip texture, stacking features
• Custom lid/cap/accessory designs — matching closures, straws, spoons, etc.

We work from your 3D CAD files (STEP, IGES, STL formats accepted) or can co-develop from concept sketches. For products requiring new molds, see our mold development FAQ below.

Our sample service is fast and transparent:

• Standard product samples (existing molds): 3–5 business days, sample cost $20–50 per item (refundable on bulk order over $2,000)
• Custom samples (logo/color modifications): 5–7 business days, cost $50–150 depending on complexity

Shipping cost is at buyer's expense via DHL/FedEx (3–5 days delivery worldwide). For high-value clients, we offer free sample shipping with deposit. We can also arrange video call factory tours during sample production so you can see the process live.

Yes! This is one of our core capabilities. Our in-house mold workshop provides:

• New product mold design and fabrication — from concept sketch or 3D file to production-ready mold
• Mold duplication — replicate existing molds for higher output or backup
• Mold modification — adjust dimensions, add features, or fix wear on existing molds
• Mold maintenance and repair — ongoing care for active production molds
• Mold trial and optimization — T0/T1 samples with parameter tuning until parts meet spec

We use CNC machining centers, EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining), and wire cutting for precision mold making. Mold ownership belongs to the client after full payment — you can take the mold with you or keep it stored at our facility for future orders.

We offer flexible shipping and trade terms to suit your logistics needs:

Shipping Methods:

• Sea freight (FCL/LCL) — most economical for bulk orders, 20–35 days transit
• Air freight — faster delivery for medium orders, 3–7 days transit
• Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) — fastest option for samples and small orders, 3–5 days door-to-door

Trade Terms (Incoterms):

• EXW — you arrange pickup from our factory
• FOB Shenzhen — we handle export clearance and deliver to port/airport
• CIF — we arrange freight + insurance to your destination port
• DDP / DDU — door-to-door delivery with customs included (available for select countries)

We work with major freight forwarders and can arrange door-to-door delivery. Customs documentation, certificate of origin, and compliance paperwork are included with every shipment.
