How to Use

1.Put teeth protector to cup of warm water(60 degree to 70 degree)till softeing for about 10-15 seconds.

2.Once it is soft,insert it to your upper teeth in mouth.

3.To memeorize your mold fo teeth,bite it 10-15 senconds.

4.If teeth protector fits to your mouth,clean it with water and use it

5.If teeth protector does not fit to your mouth,you can fix it again from step 1
