Design and use:
1. The mouth guards can be trimmed to the appropriate size according to the user's tooth type
2. Put mouth guards in around 75 ℃ of hot water for about 10 seconds, make the mouth guards
3. Put it into the user's mouth and gently bite with the upper and lower teeth (don't bite the guard teeth too deeply)
4. Press firmly with hand and tongue for half a minute, then rinse with cold water after fully shaping
