Precautions:

2.No put the brace in boiling water.

4.Have the brace washed after using for 3 minutes.

Usage:

1.Put the mouth guard in 70℃-80℃ water,let it be soft.

2.Take it out,and put it in your mouth,bite your own teeth imprints on the surface,when it is molded ,take it out.

3.Put it in the cold water about 3 minutes for molding absolutely.

4.If the mouth guard still can’t suit your mouth,mold it again.

5.Don’t bite or chew the brace hard.

6.After using, keep it dry and put it in the storage box.
