Our engineer test immediately with different portion of wheaststraw, masterbatch, mold parameters, etc to make final product, which keeps high proportion of eco friendly wheatstraw fiber and required color. Another challenge? Fast delivery. Our customer needs the lunch boxes to be ready within 20 days to catch their project deadline. From material purchasing, test color, injection, printing, laser engraving, packing, loading, etc. We hurried every process and make sure the quality is at high stand level. Finally we caught the deadline. The client needed these for a bank promotion. The deadline was brutal. The factory floor became a logistics war room. We packed the boxes into eco-friendly cardboard cartons (no plastic bags, per the client's request). We loaded them into three 40-foot containers. Then came the paperwork. The Bill of Lading. The inspection certificates. The wheat straw material test reports to prove it was truly biodegradable-friendly. On Day 20, the container doors slammed shut. The truck pulled away.
