Full Production Process of EVA Shark Mouth Guards from Injection Molding to Shipment

EVA shark mouth guards are made of food-grade EVA pellets. Raw material performance directly affects shock absorption, softness and safety. Before production, impurities are screened out and raw materials are batch inspected. EVA pellets are dried at constant temperature to remove moisture, preventing bubbles, silver streaks and cracks to stabilize product quality.

Mold accuracy decides the forming result. Before mass production, workers install, calibrate and debug the customized mouth guard mold. Barrel temperature, injection pressure, holding time and cooling cycle are adjusted according to EVA melting features. The first sample is strictly checked. Mass production starts only after no deformation, shortage or color difference is found.

Injection molding is the core forming process. Preprocessed EVA pellets are melted and injected into the mold cavity under high pressure. The material is shaped by holding pressure and cooled to solidify, ensuring uniform wall thickness. The mold opens automatically and ejects mouth guard blanks. Stable parameters reduce manual errors and guarantee consistent batch quality.

Newly demolded blanks have minor flashes and burrs, requiring fine trimming. Professional tools gently remove extra materials on edges and curved surfaces. Products are fully cleaned to get smooth, rounded edges without burrs. Custom orders can add silk-screen LOGO, laser engraving and color matching at this stage.

Quality inspection is the key checkpoint before shipment. We adopt sampling and full inspection to check appearance, size and performance. We test impact resistance, flexibility and food-contact safety. Defective products are sorted for rework or scrapping to avoid bad delivery.

Qualified products go through deep cleaning. They are counted and packed with protective materials as requested. Finished goods are boxed with traceable labels and stored in warehouse. Goods will be shipped on schedule. The whole process is traceable to build a full quality closed loop.
