Mold Trial Testing & Parameter Optimization (T1-T3)

Mold trial is a critical procedure to verify injection mold performance and confirm mass-production feasibility. We follow the industry T1/T2/T3 multi-round iterative mold trial workflow. After mold setup on injection machine, engineers tune molding parameters including temperature, injection pressure, speed, holding pressure and cooling time. We inspect melt filling, dimensional accuracy, surface appearance and demolding performance, resolve molding defects like shrinkage, warpage, flash, bubbles, short shots and mold sticking. Gate, venting and cooling circuit will be optimized iteratively until samples fully meet client specs for stable mass production.
