Mold assembly and clearance commissioning serve as the core process of injection mold manufacturing, integrating all components to realize stable and complete mold operation. The assembly precision directly affects the appearance quality and yield of injection molded products. Our senior technicians implement standardized procedures to complete full-process operations, including mold base assembly, precise cavity and core alignment, guide pillar and guide sleeve calibration, as well as the installation and commissioning of ejection mechanisms, core-pulling sliders, water and oil circuit systems. We strictly control the mold closing clearance, slider fitting clearance and thimble flatness, limiting the core tolerance within 0.01-0.02mm. This ensures smooth mold opening & closing, uniform product ejection and sufficient cavity exhaust without movement interference. It fundamentally eliminates common injection defects such as flash, step difference and ejection marks, providing a reliable foundation for successful mold trial and stable mass production.
