After DFM review, the project moves to injection mold structural design. We use UG, SolidWorks and AutoCAD for full‑dimensional 3D modeling, covering mold base, cavity‑core layout, gating, cooling, ejection, exhaust, slider & lifter custom mechanism. Supported by CAE mold‑flow simulation for filling, packing & cooling process, we optimize gate, runner and water channel layout to resolve filling imbalance, residual stress and warping, ensuring rational, stable & durable precision molds.
