      Eva material is a very common material, which is a kind of common medium bottom material in daily life. The finished products made with it have good softness, shock resistance, skid resistance and strong pressure resistance, such as our common Eva slippers, cotton shoes, Eva mobile phone protective cover, Eva iPad protective cover, etc..

     Polymerization methods: High pressure bulk polymerization (for plastics), solution polymerization (PVC processing AIDS), emulsion polymerization (adhesives), suspension polymerization.Emulsion polymerization was used for ethylene acetate (VA) content higher than 30%, and high-pressure bulk polymerization was used for ethylene acetate content lower.

  

    EVA sole means the sole made of EVA material.High toughness, EVA sole resilience and resistance to tension, has a good shockproof, buffer performance, heat insulation, excellent insulation cold and low temperature resistance, resistant to cold and exposure, airtight bubble hole, sound insulation effect is good, airtight bubble pore structure, non-absorbent, moisture-proof, good water resistance, resistance to sea water, oil, acid, alkali and other chemical corrosion, antibacterial, non-toxic, tasteless, no pollution.


Application fields of EVA (ethylene - vinyl acetate copolymer) :

 one. EVA products with ethylene acetate content of 5%~10% are elastic films, etc.

 two. EVA with ethylene acetate content of 20~28%, mainly used for hot-melt adhesives and coating products;

 three.The content of ethylene acetate is 5%~45%, the main products are film (including agricultural film) and sheet, injection molding, molding products, foaming products, hot-melt adhesives, etc.


    1.EVA material properties

   Water resistance: sealed bubble structure, non - absorbent, moisture resistance, good water resistance. 

A) Corrosion resistance: seawater, oil, acid, alkali and other chemicals corrosion resistance, antibacterial, non-toxic, tasteless, no pollution. 

B) Machinability: no joint, and easy to hot-pressing, cutting, gluing, fitting and other processing.

C) Shockproof: high resilience and tensile strength, high toughness, and good shockproof/buffering performance. 

D) Thermal insulation: excellent performance in heat insulation, cold preservation and low temperature, and resistance to cold and sunlight. 

E) (5) Sound insulation: Closed bubble hole, sound insulation effect is good.

 

    2. Hazard characteristics

    Powder and air can form an explosive mixture that, at a certain concentration, will explode on Mars.Decomposition by heat produces flammable gases.

    3. Harmful combustion products: carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide.

    4. Fire-fighting methods: Fire fighters shall wear gas masks and full-body fire-fighting suits to put out the fire upwind.Fire extinguishing agent: fog water, foam, dry powder, carbon dioxide, sand.

    5. Emergency treatment

  

  Isolate the leaking contaminated area and restrict access.Cut off the fire.It is recommended that emergency responders wear dust masks (full masks) and gas suits.Avoid dust, sweep it carefully, put it in a bag and transfer it to a safe place.In case of large leakage, collect and recover or transport to waste disposal site for disposal.

 

    6. Operational precautions

  Closed operation provides good natural ventilation.Operators must be specially trained and strictly abide by the operating rules.It is recommended that operators wear self-priming filter dust respirator, chemical safety protective glasses, anti-poison permeable overalls and rubber gloves.Keep away from fires and heat sources. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the workplace.Use explosion-proof ventilation systems and equipment.Avoid dust generation.Avoid contact with oxidants and bases.Handle with care to prevent damage to packing and container.Equipped with the appropriate variety and quantity of fire fighting equipment and leakage emergency treatment equipment.

 

     7. Store cautions

  Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse.Keep away from fire and heat.Should be stored separately with oxidizer, alkali, avoid mixing storage, equipped with the corresponding variety and quantity of fire equipment.

  

     8. Main USES

   It can also be used for packaging film, gasket, medical equipment, hot-melt adhesive, cable insulation layer and so on.
