Kanghao Industrial was delighted to host our long-term South Korean partner for an on-site factory inspection and business consultation. Our management and sales team offered full support and accompanied the client throughout the whole visit for in-depth face-to-face talks. Factory Tour & Introduction of Eco-Friendly Cup Materials
Guided by our sales team, the client toured our factory floor, office spaces and sample showroom first. We introduced our production capacity, certification portfolio and full-chain customization service capabilities. Our showcase covers a wide range of sustainable drinkware, including our core compostable PLA coffee cups — reusable, high-temperature resistant, microwave safe and dishwasher safe. We also displayed coffee-ground composite, bamboo fiber and wheat straw cup samples, letting the client learn about our strong eco-product development capacity at first hand.
On-site Inspection of Injection Molding Lines for PP Double Wall Mugs
The client then visited our injection molding workshop to watch the production of our self-developed PP double wall mugs. Our team explained the product structure: the mug body uses food-grade PP resin, with double-wall design adopting bottom-gluing bonding process. We shared our raw material control rules, molding parameters and in-line QC standards. After observing the full manufacturing workflow, the client highly recognized our standardized production management.
Detailed Communication on Custom Printing & Quality Standards
Custom printing was the core topic of this visit. The client focused heavily on our printing workshop. We demonstrated screen printing, color proofing and position calibration on the spot. We reviewed key requirements item by item: logo size, printing placement, Pantone color codes, graphic sharpness and abrasion resistance tests. All revision feedback from the client was recorded carefully for follow-up sampling.
