PP raw material, chemical name: polypropylene, characteristics: low density, rigid strength, 

hardness and heat resistance are better than low pressure polyethylene, can be used at about 100 degrees.

Polypropylene is a non-toxic, odorless, tasteless, opalescent, highly crystalline polymer 

with one of the lightest densities of all plastics available.

It is especially stable to water, good molding, but because shrinkage 

rate is large (1%~2.5%) thick wall products easy sag, 

product surface gloss is good, easy to color.Polypropylene has excellent mechanical properties 

because of its high crystallinity and neat structure.The absolute value of 

the mechanical properties of polypropylene is higher than that of polyethylene, 

but it is still a low type of plastic material, and its tensile strength 

can only reach 30 MPa or slightly higher level.

Polypropylene with a larger isotactic index has a higher tensile strength.

Polypropylene has excellent resistance to bending fatigue and its products can be 

bent 106 times at room temperature without damage.

However, at room temperature and low temperature, the impact strength is poor due to 

the high regularity of its molecular structure.The most prominent property of 

polypropylene is its resistance to bending fatigue,commonly known as hundred-fold glue.

Polypropylene has good heat resistance, products can be in the temperature of 100℃ 

above disinfection and sterilization, in the condition of no external force, 

150℃ does not deformation.The chemical stability of polypropylene is very good, 

except that it can be corroded by concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, 

it is stable to all kinds of other chemical reagents and has good anti-corrosion effect.

It has a high dielectric coefficient, and with the rise of temperature, 

can be used to make heated electrical insulation products.It also has 

a high breakdown voltage and is suitable for use as electrical accessories.
