PLA material is made from corn and cassava. By extracting starch, natural resources 

(corn and cassava) are made into polylactic acid (PLA). It is a new type of renewable resource and biodegradable material. 

The production process contains the following three steps. First, the starch is saccharified to obtain glucose, 

and then the medium and glucose are used to ferment to obtain a high concentration of lactic acid. 

Finally, PLA raw material is finally obtained through polymerization. Due to this chemical synthesis method, 

PLA is characterized by being easily biodegradable, recyclable and harmless to human health 

and the best environmentally friendly material. Compared with polypropylene, polycarbonate and melamine materials, 

PLA releases less carbon dioxide while burning it.
